How it works
Twelve weeks. Three phases.
Nine working sessions with Irfad over 90 days. Same builder, same brain — no handoffs, no junior staff, no agency rotation.
Phase 01 · Weeks 1–3
Audit
A full read of your firm — where time goes, where revenue gets stuck, where AI actually helps (and where it doesn't). You leave Phase 1 with a written diagnosis and a 90-day roadmap that says what we're building, in what order, and why.
Phase 02 · Weeks 4–9
Build
Six weeks of working sessions. Claude Projects with your firm's knowledge, custom skills, intake automations, drafting workflows, marketing infrastructure — whichever three or four levers from the audit pay back fastest for your practice. We build it, your team uses it, we iterate.
Phase 03 · Weeks 10–12
Install
The hardest part isn't building — it's rolling out to your team. Phase 3 is documentation, training your paralegals and associates, dashboards for you, a handoff plan so the work outlasts the engagement.

By end of Phase 1 you have a 10–15 page audit: where time leaks, where AI helps, the three or four highest-leverage installs ranked by payback. Your roadmap.
Claude Projects, custom-built
Working Claude Projects with your firm's knowledge files, custom instructions, and skills — for intake, drafting, marketing, and the practice-specific workflows we identify in the audit.
Your team trained on it
Phase 3 is rollout. Paralegals, associates, intake staff — trained on the workflows we built. Documentation that survives the engagement.
Async Slack with Irfad
Between sessions, the channel stays open. You hit a wall on Thursday at 4pm, you get unstuck the same afternoon. No tickets, no support queue.
