GrowTrack Plus Terms
Version 1.0. Last Updated: 7 November 2026.
1. These Terms
These GrowTrack Plus Terms ("Program Terms") govern the GrowTrack Plus program, also presented as Grow Track + AI (the "Program") that Redwood Meridian LLC, doing business as My Legal Academy ("MLA", "we" or "us"), provides to the law firm that enrolls (the "Firm" or "you").
The agreement for the Program consists of these Program Terms, the MLA Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Protection Addendum and AI Use Policy, and the plan and price shown at checkout and on the payment receipt (together, the "Order"). These Program Terms are a Service Agreement under section 6.1 of the Terms of Service. Where they differ from the Terms of Service on the Program, these Program Terms control.
2. Enrollment
The Firm enrolls by ticking the acceptance box and completing payment at checkout. The person who enrolls confirms that they are authorized to bind the Firm.
MLA may record the date and time, IP address, e-mail address and the version of each document accepted, and may send the Firm an e-mail confirmation listing them. The Firm's acceptance does not depend on any confirmation.
3. Services
After enrollment MLA prepares an onboarding plan with the Firm. MLA provides the services set out in the onboarding plan, as revised from time to time as priorities change. The services may include managed advertising, intake and follow-up automation in the Amicus Pro CRM, search and AI visibility work, reputation work, AI implementation work for the Firm and membership in MLA AI Labs.
Descriptions of the Program outside these Program Terms, including on MLA's website, in proposals and in sales conversations, are illustrative. They do not form part of the Order, and the Firm does not rely on them in enrolling.
Where the Program includes AI implementation work, its scope is set in the onboarding plan. The AI Implementation Terms do not apply to it.
MLA chooses and may change the tools, vendors, platforms and methods it uses to deliver the services.
4. What the Firm Does
The work depends on the Firm's participation. The Firm:
- names a point of contact who attends scheduled calls and answers MLA within two business days;
- gives MLA timely access to the accounts, systems and materials MLA requests;
- pays its advertising spend directly to the ad platforms, separately from the Program fee;
- staffs its own intake and follows up with its own leads;
- reviews and approves ads, content and messages before MLA publishes or sends them in the Firm's name;
- remains responsible for complying with the professional conduct, attorney advertising and communications rules that apply to its practice, including consent for calls and texts to its leads.
While MLA is waiting on the Firm for any of these, the timing of the affected work moves by the same period. MLA is not responsible for work that is delayed or not performed because the Firm did not do these things, and the fees remain payable. If the Firm does not respond to MLA for thirty (30) consecutive days, MLA may treat the account as inactive and pause the services. Fees continue while services are paused for this reason.
The Firm indemnifies and defends MLA against claims arising from the Firm's leads, lead sources and consent records, and from calls, texts and messages sent in the Firm's name with its approval.
5. Fees and Billing
The Program fee is $5,000 a month, or $55,000 paid in full, as chosen at checkout.
On the monthly plan, the first charge is made at enrollment and each later charge on the same day of each following month, to the payment method on file. The paid-in-full plan is one charge at enrollment that covers the first twelve (12) months of the Program.
The paid-in-full fee is the price of a twelve-month commitment. It is earned in equal monthly amounts over the period it covers and is not refundable on the Firm's cancellation. For the limitation of liability in the Terms of Service, fees paid in full are treated as paid in equal monthly amounts over the period they cover.
Advertising spend, third-party software, telephone, text-message, e-mail sending and data usage costs are not part of the Program fee and are paid by the Firm.
If a charge fails, MLA notifies the Firm and retries it. MLA may pause the services while any amount is more than fourteen (14) days overdue, and may end the Program if it remains unpaid.
6. Term, Minimum and Cancellation
The monthly plan has a minimum term of six (6) months from enrollment (the "Minimum Term"). After the Minimum Term the Program continues month to month.
The Firm commits to the fees for the full Minimum Term and authorizes MLA to charge them on their scheduled dates. If the Program ends during the Minimum Term because of the Firm's cancellation, non-payment or breach, the fees for the rest of the Minimum Term remain payable.
To cancel, either party gives written notice, the Firm by e-mail to info@mylegalacademy.com. Notice received at least thirty (30) days before a billing date takes effect at the end of the paid period before that billing date, and not before the end of the Minimum Term.
The paid-in-full plan ends at the end of the period it covers unless the Firm and MLA agree in writing to continue.
MLA may end the Program on thirty (30) days' written notice after the Minimum Term or the paid-in-full period has ended, or at any time under the Terms of Service.
7. Results
MLA does not promise any particular result, including lead volume, lead quality, signed cases, rankings, AI citations, revenue or return on investment. Results depend on matters outside MLA's control, including the Firm's intake, follow-up, budget, market and competitors.
8. Ownership and Use
The Firm owns its data, its content and the accounts registered in its name, such as its ad accounts, business profiles, website domain and AI tool accounts.
MLA keeps ownership of its templates, frameworks, automations, prompts, playbooks and know-how. MLA grants the Firm a non-exclusive licence to use what MLA sets up for the Firm in the Firm's own practice, during the Program and after it ends.
Access to the Amicus Pro CRM after the Program ends is available on a separate subscription at MLA's then-current rate.
9. Confidentiality and Data
Each party keeps the other's non-public business information confidential and uses it only for the Program. MLA handles information about the Firm's clients and leads as the Data Protection Addendum and the AI Use Policy describe.
10. Changes to These Terms
MLA may update these Program Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date and notifying enrolled Firms by e-mail. The version a Firm accepted governs until its next billing date at least thirty (30) days after that notice. A change to the fee, the Minimum Term or the scope of the services applies to an enrolled Firm only after its Minimum Term or paid-in-full period has ended.
11. Everything Else
Warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, arbitration, the class action waiver, cessation of services and every other matter these Program Terms do not address are governed by the Terms of Service.
